All our trainees have an outstanding potential and commitment to pursuing careers related to the legal profession. They are proactively invited to transfer their academic abilities into a practical level and confront themselves with complex legal issues from the very start of their contract, albeit remaining under a high level of supervision at all times.
We consider our trainees a significant part of our legal teams and we place a high priority on helping them to make informed decisions about the areas of practice they will explore during their training contract.
Upon joining, all trainees are assigned to a senior member of staff who will act as their mentor throughout their time spent within the firm, who will give them support and guidance about their career objectives.
As part of their training contract, we encourage our trainees to apply for secondments at one of our European offices, in order to measure themselves against different working environments and legal jurisdictions.
Ultimately, we aim to retain all of our trainees upon completion of their training contracts.
